Beyond research and teaching, I have participated in departmental, university, and professional service. Most recently, I completed a two-year term as Chair-Elect and Chair of the SPSSI Graduate Student Committee. As Chair-Elect, I developed a peer-based mentoring program pairing early- and advanced-stage SPSSI graduate students for networking and mutual support. As Chair, I led a team of five graduate student officers in the design and implementation of numerous projects to benefit students, including a methodology-focused webinar series, academic, policy, and applied career resources, and an interactive student membership map. I have also served as reviewer for journals and conferences, judge for on-campus awards, and Campus Representative for the Society for the Psychology of Women. I currently serve on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Social Issues.
